We meet each Tuesday evening. The meditation is for people new to meditation and those who'd like a refresher. At Sangha Night, we will take part in an interactive Buddhist talk.
6pm Drop-in Meditation
7pm Sangha Night (tea break about 7.50-8.10pm)
9.30pm Depart
